Every project kicks off with a discussion.  The goal is to understand your needs and vision for this piece of furniture.

The design process consist of two phases.  We begin with the initial design which will bring out the general concepts you'll love. Then, we move to final design where all we'll build detailed models and drawings and establish finer details such as materials and finishes.

The production phase begins with the acquisition of all the materials.  We'll get your lumber into the shop where it will acclimate to the environment so it doesn't warp or change shape after it's been cut.  Then we mill it to size and begin shaping it to form the components of your final piece.  Finishing and final assembly will bring us to the end of production.

Every piece is unique and so are the needs for delivery and installation.  All of this will be covered at the beginning of the project so that there are no surprises here.
